Working with us
A commission begins only when we have agreed the scope and signed a written services agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets out what we deliver, when, and on what terms.
Human authorship
Our human-authorship promise is real and we hold to it: every word in your film is the subject’s own, and we never synthesize or fabricate a voice or a likeness. It is written into your contract, not just onto this page.
Your family’s film
How the finished film and the underlying footage may be used, shared, and stored is set out in your agreement. We keep your work private and never publish it without your permission.
Our content
The words, design, and marks on this site belong to Prima Persona. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. The placeholder photographs and footage are licensed stand-ins and are not our own work.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Changes
