The short version
This website is here to introduce our work. It is not a contract, and the figures on it are starting points, not quotes. Anything we actually make for you is governed by a separate written agreement we sign together.
About this site
We share the information here in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can, but we make no guarantees that every detail is current or error-free. Prices, availability, and offerings can change.
Working with us
A commission begins only when we have agreed the scope and signed a written services agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets out what we deliver, the timeline, the fee, the deposit, and how your film and footage are owned and used.
Human authorship
Our human-authorship promise is real and we hold to it: every word in your film is the subject's own, and we never synthesise or fabricate a voice or a likeness. The full promise is written into your agreement.
Your family's film
How the finished film and the underlying footage may be used, shared, and stored is set out in your agreement. We keep your work private and never publish it without your written permission.
Our content
The words, design, and marks on this site belong to Prima Persona. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. The placeholder photographs and footage shown during our pre-launch are licensed stand-ins, not our client work.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and will revise the date at the top of this page when we do.
