The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to reply to you and arrange your film, never sell it, and remove it whenever you ask. The rest of this page explains that in full.
Information we collect
Whatever you submit through our enquiry or partner forms: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and anything you write to us. If we ever turn on basic website analytics, it tells us only how the site is used in aggregate, never who you are.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to plan and deliver your film, and to stay in touch about your project. That is all. We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
Who can see it
Only the people at Prima Persona who need it to serve you, and the trusted services we rely on to run the studio, such as email and secure file storage, which are bound to keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to serve you and to keep a record of the work we did together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@primapersona.co. We will take care of it promptly.
Children
Our films often celebrate older adults and whole families, but our services are arranged by adults, and this site is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
